If you require express shipping please do drop us an email on email@example.com and we will do all we can to rush things through for you using an expedited service (additional costs may be incurred).
We'd be delighted to ship internationally - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order so that we can confirm shipping costs in advance.
All items are beautifully packaged in tissue and sent in a TMWU branded brown paper gift bag inside an outer box or mail bag. Invoices are sent electronically on receipt of your order, and the the paperwork sent with the order shows quantity and description only (no prices appear) - perfect for presents.
If you choose a gift box on check out there is a supplement of £4.
Each parcel comes with a TMWU postcard which has been left blank for your own message, but if you'd like us to write something for you just let us know...."Take me with you... On your hen do" "Take me with you... Guess where we are going?" etc. Just email us with your request prior to your order.
How To Return
We're pretty sure that you'll be 100% happy with our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us with your order number to let us know that you're sending it back within 14 days of the original purchase date and we'll send you all the details for your return. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns on our products.
We will then accept unworn and undamaged goods within 28 days days of the original purchase date and process them accordingly.
Please return items using a recorded mail service or make sure to ask for a proof of postage receipt from the post office, as we will not be responsible for any lost items.
Once we have confirmed receipt of your return, the refund will be processed onto your original payment method and will take 5–7 working days for any refunds to appear back in your account.
You can exchange unwanted, unworn and undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Please email our customer care team with details of your original order and the items you wish to exchange and we'll keep you updated with the progress email@example.com
Everything we sell is quality controlled and we personally check and photograph every item before it leaves us to ensure the highest quality. If you do however, have any complaints about the quality of an item, drop us an email along with a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org
